Reasons 71-80 Of Hewitt's 100 Reasons To Vote For Romney And Against Obama 2012

It is time for a 45th Presidency - To this end, Hugh Hewitt has come up with 100 reasons to vote for Mitt Romney or against Barack Obama and these series of posts will highlight ten (or so) points to consider for your vote to have a 45th President elected come November 6, 2012. Reasons 71-80 Of Hewitt's 100 Reasons To Vote For Romney And Against Obama 2012

On Monday, September 24, 2012, Constitutional and environmental issues Lawyer/Professor, nationally syndicated afternoon issues talk show host, Hugh Hewitt delivered a tour de force presentation for three hours on the reasons why we need a change in executive leadership in the United States. This change can happen with our vote for president in the 2012 elections which early voting has already started in many states, but will officially take place November 6, 2012.

*** Hewitt’s reasons 71-80 of 100 – LISTEN HERE>>

This edition explores reasons 71-80 which highlight: During the formulation of ObamaCare, Barack Obama and the Democrats did not take this opportunity to rein in trial lawyers out-placed power to bring malpractice lawsuits and end the restrictions on insurance companies as it relates to interstate commerce (to open competition throughout all states).ObamaCare CUT Medicare by $760 Billion dollars in order to fund other parts of the law that has passed. ObamaCare is NOT universal healthcare by any measure. Governor Mitt Romney has a proven record of being able to actually work within a partisan political environment. Romney answers questions and tells the truth – conversely, Barack Obama lied to get into office in 2008 (transparency, cut the deficit by 50% by end of first term, and etc.), takes many minutes to address any question and never answers with a YES or a NO.Loosing the Chicago Olympics and accepting the Nobel Peace Prize without any accomplishment are two activities that have a real understanding into Barack Obama’s character … just not the right things to do if one wants to actually be credible.

In a presentation which Hugh Hewitt titled 100 reasons why you should vote for Mitt Romney and against Barack Obama, Hugh proceeded point by point with full explanation and in no particular order 100 specific reasons Mitt Romney would make a better president to lead our country mixed in with the specific reasons why Barack Obama has not been a successful leader in the more than 1,000 days he has been president.

Since a three hour presentation of dense information may be a little hard to chew on in one session, here is one of ten postings that breaks up the 100 reasons in approximately 10 reason apiece chunks that can be savored and digested upon which one can become fully informed before making a freedom and country saving vote in this most important election.

100 Reason To Vote For Mitt Romney Or Against Barack Obama
Posted by: Hugh Hewitt at 8:12 PM

After yet another dispiriting Browns’ performance yesterday, I decided to redeem the day by listing 100 reasons to either vote for Mitt Romney or against Barack Obama. I turned that list into a three hour monologue on today’s show — the first such in 12 years of radio.

It wasn’t hard to do. Not hard at all. Which is why I think Romney will win going away. The president is a failure, on every level and by every measurement. Americans don’t endorse failure.

As the “Chicago Way” Democrat Political Party is fond of saying … “Vote Early, and Vote Often” … but most importantly, vote informed and reviewing all of Hewitt’s 100 reasons to vote for Romney and against Obama 2012 may at least allow one to open up a discussion with themselves, and others, as to what issues might be the most important in this upcoming 2012 election.

The United Nations (& Al Gore) Are Bestowed The Nobel Prize

Former Vice President Al Gore [trying to look Japanese] waves to the media at the Japanese premiere of his documentary film 'An Inconvenient Truth' in Tokyo in this January 15, 2007 file picture. Gore and the U.N. climate panel won the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize on October 12, 2007, for raising awareness of the risks of climate change [while actually doing completely NOTHING for world peace]. The United Nations (& Al Gore) Are Bestowed The Nobel Prize

The Nobel prize committee makes marginal the importance of its charter, again, by awarding its once impeccable reputation with a stretch of a bestowment for its 2007 “Peace Prize.”

The esteemed inventor of Dynamite, Alfred Bernhard Nobel, must be rolling over in his grave.

Please educate us at MAXINE, what does bad climate science prediction have to do with the effort of reducing violent difference resolution between organized human beings around the world?

Rajendra Pachauri, the head of U.N.'s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, delivers a speech in front of Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt (L) during the opening ceremony of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) in Brussels, April 2, 2007. Pachauri, who chairs the U.N. panel on climate change that won the Nobel Peace Prize along with Al Gore, said on October 11, 2007, he was overwhelmed by the news. We are not naive, we understand the European calculation and thinking behind this particular bestowment. We know they had to have trouble with just giving the award outright to Al Gore alone. After all, it was the same calculated thinking that gave Al Gore an Oscar for his now legally, and offically discredited quasi-documentary and PowerPoint Presentation, “An Inconvenient Truth”.

Elite Europeans and Hollywood have an inbred thought process as it relates to the freedoms the United States has for its citizens. From capitalism, to gun possession, to health care, the template is the same - Hate Freedom, Embrace Socialism ... at any price and level of discredit.

British judge says Al Gore's climate change film contains 9 scientific errors
The Associated Press - Published: October 11, 2007

LONDON: Al Gore's Oscar-winning environmental documentary contains nine scientific errors or omissions, a British judge said, ruling on a challenge from a school official who did not want the film shown to students.

High Court Judge Michael Burton said he had no doubt that the points raised in "An Inconvenient Truth" about the causes and likely effects of climate change were broadly accurate, but in a ruling published Wednesday he wrote that they were made in "the context of alarmism and exaggeration."

Gore's film "is substantially founded upon scientific research and fact," Burton said. "Albeit that the science is used, in the hands of a talented politician and communicator, to make a political statement and to support a political program."

The government's plan to show the film in English secondary schools violated laws banning the promotion of partisan political views in the classroom, Burton said. But he said the screenings could go ahead if they were bundled with written guidance to teachers designed to prevent Gore's views from being promoted uncritically to children.

Burton's ruling follows a challenge from a part-time school official who complained that Gore's film was inaccurate, biased, and should not be shown to pupils.

Stewart Dimmock, who works part-time on a school governing board, said he was fighting to have his children educated in an environment "free from bias and political spin."

Burton outlined nine errors — including Gore's claim that sea level rises of 7 meters (23 feet) might occur in the immediate future — something Burton characterized as "distinctly alarmist." Other errors, he said, included the claim that Hurricane Katrina, the evaporation of most of Lake Chad and the melting of the snows of the Kilimanjaro were all the result of global warming. Burton said there was insufficient evidence to back his claims.

While "An Inconvenient Truth" will still be shown in English schools, the judge said teachers will have to be careful not to endorse Gore's political views when they present it to pupils.

By the way, Al Gore donates the Nobel Peace Prize money to a non-profit organization - HIS NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION!

Let the persistent accolades begin - "I can't think of anyone who deserves it more ... due to his sacrifices ... than Al Gore!"

We can't wait.

The Doom Of Profit

It strikes me that the posting below should be titled "The Doom Of Profit".

It certainly put an end to the perceived purity of this (truly) evil man's character.

Just think, maybe this will put an end to all of this crazy talk about giving this guy the "Nobel Peace Prize"! Give us all a break from his overbearing and lecturing ways.

As he stated very clearly - This (his profiting from his own "doom prophecy") IS a moral issue. Hey, Al, go back to growing tobacco!

The Profit of Doom
... and it gets worse
by robert galbraith - February 28, 2007

"As the controversy over global warming doomsayer Al Gore's voracious energy-eater mansion rolls on, there's an angle I think merits deeper investigation than it is currently getting. While much of the focus has been on whether or not Gore is an environmental hypocrite, the story has raised the profile of the role of "carbon offsets" in achieving a "greener," more environmentally friendly world.

In its
original story, The Tennessean reported that Gore buys "carbon offsets" to compensate for his home's use of energy from carbon-based fuels. As Wikipedia explains, a carbon offset "is a service that tries to reduce the net carbon emissions of individuals or organizations indirectly, through proxies who reduce their emissions and/or increase their absorption of greenhouse gases."

Wikipedia goes on to explain that "a wide variety of offset actions are available; tree planting is the most common. Renewable energy and energy conservation offsets are also popular, including emissions trading credits."

So far, so good. But how Gore buys his "carbon offsets," as revealed by The Tennessean raises serious questions. According to the newspaper's report, Gore buys his carbon offsets through
Generation Investment Management:

Gore helped found Generation Investment Management, through which he and others pay for offsets. The firm invests the money in solar, wind and other projects that reduce energy consumption around the globe...

Gore is chairman of the firm and, presumably, draws an income or will make money as its investments prosper. In other words, he "buys" his "carbon offsets" from himself, through a transaction designed to boost his own investments and return a profit to himself. To be blunt, Gore doesn't buy "carbon offsets" through Generation Investment Management - he buys stocks."

Well, we just finished reading the website for Generation Investment Management.

As Simon Cowell of American Idol fame is prone to say when he gives his best critique ... "If I am going to be honest" - the website for a company that was "established" in 2004 is Nothing But A Bunch Of Fluff ... there is no "there", there ... this company should be based in Oakland! Jerry Brown would fit right in.

The richest statements on the site are:

Our Chairman, former Vice President Al Gore, has assembled Generation's Advisory Board which consists of global leaders and thinkers from capital markets, industry, sustainability, economics, and geopolitical fields. The Advisory Board plays an important part in establishing our long term thematic research agenda into global sustainability issues, such as poverty, climate change, ecosystem services, biodiversity, pandemics, demographics, migration, public policy and responsible lobbying.

We, at MAXINE, really love that word - SUSTAINABILITY - it actually sounds ominous and that we humans have the power to not just have control as to what happens here on earth - as if, but beyond.

And this:

Generation's Advisory Board consists of global thinkers who help us anticipate the changing context for business.

It makes one think, if Al Gore became President of the most powerful nation on earth, how would he use his power to Change The Context For Business!
